Web Traffic

Web traffic is the volume of data send and received by a website. It is determined by the number of visitors and the number of pages visited on a website. It is important to monitor incoming and outgoing traffic in order to determine the best performing pages or a pattern in user behavior (if a specific page performs better in some countries than others for example).

Most sites try to increase their web traffic and to be more visible thanks to search engine optimization (SEO).
