Canceling a PBN subscription

If you wish to cancel your PBN subscription, simply get in touch with our support team at support@youdot.io and specify for which blog you would like to end the subscription. For your information, monthly payments are processed for every month underway after your blog has been delivered (and not from the date at which the blog has been ordered).

Please note that if you have not yet fulfilled 12 consecutive months of subscription, you will not own the content created by Youdot which will therefore be taken away from the blog (see "When will I gain ownership of the site and its content?"). If you unsubscribe after 12 consecutive months, we will send you a complete archive of your blog that you can use as you please.
