When do I receive an invoice?

Our payment system is automated on your registered payment method (Credit card or PayPal).

When you have a new account or a new means of payment that has just been registered, your orders are invoiced and debited immediately on your first purchase (whether it be an auction, a direct purchase or the acquisition of a backorder).

Thereafter, you will be debited as soon as your unpaid balance is higher than €500 tax excl.

If your unpaid balance remains under €500 tax excl., your payment call will be automatically made each month on the date you entered your payment method. For instance, if you entered your payment informations on December 15th, your payment calls will be made on the 15th of each month.

An email is sent to each invoice issued. The latter is also available in your Youdot account under the heading "Transactions and billing". Simply click on the pictogram to download it.

All prices are exclusive of tax (20% VAT is extra if you are a taxable person)
