When can a domain name purchase be reimbursed?

Our seven-day satisfaction guarantee applies when you advise us that a domain name is spammed within the week following its purchase.

In such an event, send an email to contact@youdot.io providing the domain name as well as a screen shot of your Search Console showing the spam, as well as the date of your screen shot.

We will credit your Youdot account for the domain name and will remove your name from the domain in question.


This guarantee only applies to a domain name managed by Youdot and not to a domain that has been transferred.
