Why is my Youdot account in the red?

Only one payment is taken per month (the last day of the month) to pay for your purchases and subscriptions. So it is normal for your Youdot account to be in the red over the month. Payment is taken automatically and you are issued an invoice on the same day under the my transactions option, which can be directly downloaded from your account in PDF format (allow a few seconds for the invoice to download).
